Abstract

This article highlights the often-overlooked challenges faced by bedridden patients, encompassing physical pain, emotional loneliness, loss of dignity, cognitive decline, and fear of burdening others. It emphasizes that compassionate care, respect, and emotional support are essential in alleviating these silent struggles, improving patients’ quality of life.
