Abstract

This article examines the real-world achievements and challenges faced by Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) graduates in the Philippines. Despite persistent stigma and resource gaps, these graduates demonstrate high employability, entrepreneurial success, and vital contributions to key industries. The discussion highlights the need for better facilities, stronger industry linkages, and a shift in societal perceptions to fully harness TVET’s role in national development.
