This article examines how Culinary Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in the Philippines transforms cooking skills into viable careers despite challenges such as outdated facilities, certification gaps, and social stigma. Backed by TESDA programs, industry partnerships, and strong employment outcomes, culinary TVET equips graduates with practical skills for both local and international opportunities, proving it to be a professional path that fosters livelihood, community impact, and economic growth.
