Abstract

This paper highlights the importance of language and communication training in Philippine hospitality education. It emphasizes the need for multilingual instruction—English, Filipino, and regional dialects—to effectively engage diverse guests. Beyond grammar, students must develop empathy, cultural awareness, and practical communication skills to meet the demands of a global and local hospitality industry.
